This award-winning first floor renovation was featured in New England Home magazine (Jan/Feb 2026) for its luxurious finishes that highlights the family’s personality and heirlooms. Clever design added a mudroom, removed a morning staircase, worked around a bulkhead, and flipped a powder room. Custom cabinetry, marble, and designer lighting fill the kitchen, beams highlight the newly-raised ceiling in the breakfast room, new archways and color add drama to the dining room, and personal touches are added elsewhere. This movie-loving family’s new mudroom steals the show with the Star Wars vehicles inlaid in the tile.
