  • Lead Carpenter | Our lead carpenters are highly skilled with the ability to lead on-site crews, coordinate daily project activities, interpret blueprints and design plans, and ensure all work meets high craftsmanship and quality standards. Responsibilities include framing, finish carpentry, installation of custom millwork, mentoring team members, maintaining job site safety, and collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. The role requires advanced carpentry expertise, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality results in a fast-paced construction environment.  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Platt Lead Carpenters get a vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement.

  • Cabinetmaker | Platt Cabinetry cabinetmakers are skilled craftsmen who have the ability to build custom cabinetry and millwork for high end residences. Responsibilities include reading shop drawings and blueprints, selecting and working with premium materials, operating woodworking machinery and hand tools, assembling and ensuring precise fit and exceptional craftsmanship. The role requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, knowledge of fabrication techniques, and the ability to collaborate with carpenters, and project managers to deliver high-quality custom solutions that meet client expectations. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in residential cabinetry required. Platt Cabinetry team members have the option to work a flexible schedule of four 10-hour days.

  • Painter | Looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in clean lines, thorough prep, fine finishes, and exceptional customer service; year-round, local work

  • Project Manager | Our Project Managers oversee client projects from inception to completion.  They coordinate all aspects of project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and the ideal PM has the ability to manage the details of complex custom projects while maintaining a premium client experience.  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Platt Project Managers get a company vehicle.
