Our clients loved their Royal Barry Wills-designed Cape Cod home, complete with its trademark central chimney, but felt it was time to expand its original footprint. They enlisted the expertise of Patrick Ahearn to expand the home and bring their beloved Vineyard Haven to their main residence.
The home was expanded to include a primary suite, an enlarged kitchen and wet bar both with custom Platt Cabinetry, and main living areas that exude elegance.
